Our mission is to provide you the right equipment and advice so that you may start, and then finish your project with satisfaction! We take our job very seriously and with that in mind, we list below the answers to questions asked most often. If your question is not answered, please feel free to call and we will cheerfully answer to the best of our ability!
Deposits may be required for any item rented unless credit has been applied for and approved in advance. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for credit approval.
All rentals are paid in advance. We currently accept cash, debit and credit cards.
The minimum rental for which any contract will be written is $10.00. The minimum rental on any specific item is the shortest rental period for that specific piece of equipment.
Identification is required on all rentals. We require a valid state issued drivers license or identification card and a valid license for all vehicle rentals.
Care of Equipment
All rentals are made with the understanding that normal wear and tear is included in the rental charge. Any damage for misuse, abuse, or improper care will be charged in addition to the rental fee. Please refer to page 1 of your rental contract for more specific terms and conditions.
Cleaning of Equipment
Our rental rate structure anticipates that all equipment is returned as clean as when it left our premises. If it is not returned in the same condition, a cleaning charge will be added to the contract.
Equipment is sent out full of fuel and a fuel charge is added to the contract. If you refill the fuel tank with proper fuel upon return, with verification we will promptly refund the fuel charge.
A damage waiver of 10% of the gross rental fee is added to the rental contract. This covers accidental damage to the equipment while it is in your possession and has a zero dollar deductible. It does not cover misuse, loss or neglect. You may opt out of the damage waiver provided you meet the requirements specified on Page 1 of your rental contract. Complete information regarding all aspects of the damage waiver is also listed on page 1 of our rental contract.
Delivery is available on all equipment. Charges vary based on time, location, and equipment. With your specific information, we will be happy to quote a delivery fee for you!
It is a good idea to reserve equipment in advance. All reservations are for 8:00 a.m. and we will hold the equipment without charge for 30 minutes past your reservation time. Reservations after 8:00 a.m. may require advance payment and be subject to equipment availability. If for some reason due to circumstances beyond our control, a piece of equipment you have reserved becomes unavailable we will make our best efforts to contact you so that you may reschedule or make other arrangements. In all cases, we strive to get you the equipment you want when you want it!
A rental day is 24 hours. Some of our equipment has minimum rental periods available should you not require a piece of equipment a full 24 hours. We charge for all time out, not the time you used it. Save money and return equipment promptly. Overtime will be charged at the national rate of 1/5 of the daily rate per each hour overtime.
For equipment that has an hour meter, we allow you to keep the equipment in your possession for 24 hours and allow you to put no more than 8 hours on the hour meter for each 24-hour rental period. Each hour over the allotted 8 hours use will be prorated and charged on your rental contract.
